Return And Warranty Policy

With customer satisfaction being a high priority at Dre Arms List LLC, we urge you to read the following information. By placing an order with Dre Arms List you are agreeing to our Return Terms. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to making you firearms purchase.

-Returns are accepted on items up to 10 days after delivery has been made. Any returned items must be unfired or unused and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you or your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories. -Returns must first be authorized by Dre Arms List, any items sent back without RMA will be refused. Any firearm return must be securely boxed and must include a photo copy of the front and rear of your driver’s license. Any gun that is sent back without the RMA# and Photo ID will be turned over to the ATF!! -All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

-All returned items must have an RMA#, which is assigned by Dre Arms List. -If you have an issue please contact our office via email with your contact info, reason for wanting to return the item and your original order number. We will review all the information and be in contact to discuss the possible return. We will refuse any returns that have not be authorized and include an RMA #. We cannot refund your money until the item has arrived at our facility.

-You will need to write the RMA # on the exterior of the box next to the shipping label. All shipments must be double boxed just as we shipped them out. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items unless otherwise discussed prior to us receiving it.

-Any shipping, auction fees or transfer fees are nonrefundable. We cannot refund your money until the item has arrived at our facility or the original Manufacturer.

-Any item or shipment shortages must be reported to our office in 5 days of delivery. Please email this info so we have written documentation with a time & date stamp. We will work with you to resolve the issue. We will not accept ANY return request beyond this time frame so please contact us in the 5 days and we will be glad to assist you.

-Any items returned that do not in fact have the problem that was reported will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot refund your money until the item has arrived at our facility and the issues have been verified.

If there is an authorized return you will be emailed return shipping instructions. -Please READ & FOLLOW the instructions to ensure a smooth return & refund we are not responsible for customers that do not follow the directions and you will be charged.

-All warranties are covered by the products manufacturer, Dre Arms List will be glad to assist in helping with a warranty issue. If you have a problem please email & we will be glad to help get the problem ironed out with the manufacturer. -We do not offer or provide warranties on any items unless specifically manufactured by Dre Arms List. All return inquires must be done via email so we can have a written history of the request etc.

-There is no warranty on used guns unless otherwise specified before purchase.

–  New firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair. Please feel free to contact our office so we can be aware of the problem and help you with the correct contact info for the manufacturer etc. We will not accept warranty related items back to us unless specified.

 – Dre Arms List LLC neither warranty’s or guarantees any weapon or item purchased. The original manufacturer warranty’s the item. We will be happy to be of any assistance possible with your warranty claim. You may not repair an item covered under warranty and ask for Atlantic to cover unauthorized repairs. -Any and all repairs must be completed by the original factory unless otherwise agreed upon in writing from Dre Arms List.

–  We are not responsible for manufacturer’s warranty if the company closes or is purchased by another firm.

–   Any modifications done to any item or firearm may void the factory warranty.

–  Any guns converted to a NFA SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) Will void the warranty.

–  Any guns excessively used with a NFA Full Auto sear pack may void warranty.

We can only accept returns for unused, unaltered products, in the original, unopened packaging for exchange or refund. Once a package has been opened or installed we are no longer able to accept it for return. If a product is defective, damaged or unsatisfactory, the manufacturer will be responsible for any return\exchange according to their warranty. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept Firearms and Ammunition for returns. Merchandise received for return or exchange that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please email with the reason for the return and request for a refund or exchange and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. Store credit will not accrue restocking fees.

If your package goes missing in transit, while rare, we must follow carrier (I.E. FedEx\USPS\UPS) policy to locate the missing package. This process has several steps and can take up to 3-4 weeks for a resolution. If you purchase shipping insurance, before the order was shipped, we can resolve your missing package once the insurance claim has been submitted. Shipping insurance is 1.5% of the cost of the product(s) purchased.

NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN due to liability issues. If we have made a mistake and shipped out the wrong item, we will replace it ONLY if the 4473\background check was not completed. If you have accepted the transfer on a firearm (already completed the 4473 background check paperwork at your local FFL dealer) and after you have received the transfer discover that you received the wrong gun you will not be eligible for a return, NO EXCEPTIONS.


If you receive a firearm that is seemingly damaged or defective you must contact us IMMEDIATELY, preferably from the FFL location (so we can speak to the FFL), via phone or email before completing the transfer paperwork and we will determine the best course of action for your particular situation. (We will either take gun back and replace it with one from our stock or coordinate with the firearm manufacturer to get the item repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer).

Items can not be returned if they are opened unless packaging is undamaged. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

6% fee will be deducted from the refund for all cancelled orders whether or not it has already shipped (to cover credit card fees we incur). NO EXCEPTIONS, unless it is an error on our end. No credit card fees are charged to customers for fully completed orders.

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order or the return shipping.

We will match competitors “shipped price” under most circumstances if we still make money on the item. We will NOT match prices on any Firearm Auction sites including but not limited to: Gunbroker, Armslist, Gunsamerica, Craigslist, etc. Also any price match request must be requested BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

We will only price match competitors that have the item currently in-stock. We match the competitor’s total “shipped” price to your zip code, which is item cost + shipping. All items purchased using a price match are not eligible for our VIP rewards program.

Price adjustments: The prices on the items on our website change several times per day. We do this in an attempt to constantly have the lowest prices online. The online firearm marketplace has extremely volitle price fluctiations due to the nature of how most online firearms retailers run their websites. If a price changes to a lower price on our website, after you have purchased, we will refund you the money for difference only if your order has not yet shipped. If your item has shipped, but not yet been delivered, we will give you the difference amount as a “Prepper Points” credit (gift card) on your website account with us. Once an item is delivered, no price adjustments or credits in any form will be granted.

Price Guarantee: We do NOT have a 30 day price guarantee like some big box retail stores do. The reason for this is twofold: We sell our items at a much lower cost and thus a much lower profit margin and can not afford to constantly be refunding price differences and expect to remain profitable and in business. Secondly, the online firearm market is significantly different in both profit margin and price volitility compared to the items that most common retail stores, ie Walmart, that offer such price guarantees. Also, we must complete a large amount of ATF paperwork for each and every gun sale and we set our prices on our website as low as possible at all times and can not reasonably give partial refunds after sales transactions have been agreed upon by both parties and completed in full. We would never ask our customers to pay more money if we had to raise the price a week or two after your purchase and our prices have an equal chance of both rising or falling so this is the reason for our decision to NOT offer a 30 day price match guarantee.
